What is your professional and personal background in 3 or 4 key dates ?
I was born in Algiers, passionate about entrepreneurship & art, i followed courses to become architect. I began my career in Asia, working as an architect for an Indian firm in New Delhi. I’m very interested in workspaces and the emergence and evolution of new generations of offices. After my time in India, I returned to Algeria and founded U Builders. Very involved in community causes, I first became involved in the world’s largest student organization ; AIESEC of which I am now an Alumni.
What are your current functions and activities ?
CEO of U Builders, a design & build company specializing in office space development, which today employs over 20 people.
Since when and in what way does the international CJD enrich you on a daily basis ?
The CJD is part of my daily life as a manager and has enabled me to gain experience and transform my management style.
What does international experience bring to your vision and management style ?
The international brings people together and connects them. It opens us up and gives us a much larger dimension, without limits.
